SMS Facility

Action Mercantile can act as an extension of the client's internal credit department,  by running a telephone campaign designed to gently remind late payers of the client's payment terms.

Field calls are also used to determine the viability of legal action.

Skip Tracing

Locating a debtor who is no longer at the given address is a crucial part of the collection process.  Action Mercantile uses a wide range of media and services to trace such parties

Defaulting Debtors

Clients who are members of Veda Advantage can have credit checking and defaulting requirements handled by Action Mercantile,  utilising the client's access codes.

Accounts Receivable Function

Action Mercantile is fully able to provide an Accounts Receivable Function on behalf of any client wanting to outsource.
Our call centre partner (in Australia) can manage the entire process from:

Invoicing/billing

Credit Checks

Terms of Trade protect you against loss of profit, provide indemnity from potential liabilities and enable charges to be imposed for late payments.  Terms of Trade documents can also offer the advantage of reservation of title until goods are paid for (available in most circumstances where goods are sold).
